The revitalization of the tenement house at Skaryszewska Street is another development challenge that we are undertaking in the coming months. Located in Praga's Kamionek, the tenement house was built in 1936. The architectural simplicity and minimalist shape of the building's body indicate that the design of the tenement house was inspired by the popular in the 1920s. The cubic body of the building, covered with a flat roof, will gain a new façade, internal installations, roofs and modern technological solutions in the field of energy service. The only details that stand out on the almost smooth façade will be high windows and ascetic balconies. As in the case of the building's façade, white with elements of gray and contrasting graphite will also dominate inside.
